25 years of Homebase

Homebase is celebrating 25 years of success.

Homebase opened it's first two stores in Croydon and Leeds in October 1981.

25 years later and the 300th store opened in Killarney in the Republic of Ireland.

Homebase grew initially out of Sainsbury's, but is now part of the Home Retail Group which includes Argos.

Argos and Homebase have over 900 stores across the country and are well placed to serve both consumers and businesses with everyday products.
